I know how you feel. Horrible but you know you need to ask yourself what did smoking that Cigarette do for me? I mean what did it really do for you? Did it help you feel better? You have to admit to yourself you are an addict and can not smoke again N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever. Come and visit the site. Read and Post. It really helps you get through the hard times. Hi Jan. I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your quit. You don't have let it stay lost though. Throw any remaining smokes away and get back on the quit wagon. Depression seems to be something that smoking covered up for many people. Depression gets swept under the rug of smoking. Smoking does not cure depression, it just makes it so whatever is causing the depression does not have to be dealt with. [sarcasm]Isn't addiction just lovely?[/sarcasm] You can do this Jan. I'm sorry you are having a difficult time right now. Jan, There is an easy button: the flusher on the toilet for those cigarettes. :) In all seriousness, talk to your doctor about your medication and your quit. It's possible your dose may need adjustment following your quit. We support any decision you make. When you're ready, we are here. Danielle __________________________ The SSC Support Team

Jan58, You've experienced a slip, now is the time to learn from it and keep going. If your quit plan isn't always effective in helping you fight cravings, it's time to review your plan, identify problem areas and modify what isn't working. Keep persevering, Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

Jan, I know where you are at. I really do feel your pain. If you are willing get rid of them and come back now, do it. The longer you keep them around the more you are going convince yourself it is okay to smoke. More than likely you are telling yourself, "Well I have blown it, I just as well finish of this pack or whatever." Just get rid of them and come back. You know my story, so I will be here for you when you come back - Soon!!! {{{HUGS}}} My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 26 Amount Saved: $6 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 8 Mins: 19 Seconds: 11
