Hi All, I haven't posted in a while. I thought over 2 years without a smoke deserved a post. My daughter is posting here now, she just joined and I would like for you guys to welcome her with the same open arms you welcomed me over 2 years ago. She is just like the rest of us, she has tried multiple times to quit and has 'failed' (It is only a failure if you quit trying) each time. I told her, "every time you get a craving do the following; tell yourself you will wait 10 minutes and if I still want one I will think about it" It worked for me. Oh and there is one more thing I told her.......................... NEVER LOOK BACK, THE FUTURE IS AHEAD!!!!! Your friend, BondChaser My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/15/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 733 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 18,336 Amount Saved: $5497.5 Life Gained: Days: 133 Hrs: 22 Mins: 28 Seconds: 59
