Hi all, What a day today. I really didn't post much, it took all I had to keep myself on a somewhat even keel. By suppertime I was a bear. I basically said, "give me the loveseat, the remote, and blanket, and don't talk to me!!!!" Well having spent the evening relaxing, I have to admit I feel better now. More relax, and hoping tomorrow isn't quit so tough. I have this thought that keeps me going though. I want to look back at this one year from now and be able to say, "I went through some tough times, but I made it!" That feeling of elation will be soooo worth it. And guys, thanks so much for the support. I wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for you. Just a side note - my e-mail is down right now, trying to get it going again. Now for a dream filled night! Definitely feeling more relaxed this morning. One foot in front of the other, that's how I'm moving. One day closer to never having to feel this way again...I love that thought. Glad to see that you survived!! Funny how some relaxation and sweet dreams can help calm the soul and keep the motivation going. This seems to be a tough week for alot of us, your drive and determination to survive has been encouraging to me. Thanks for helping keep my quit bearable, as I know I will survive it also. We are strong and this is possible if we keep the faith. Hi jan, Glad to hear you made it through day 5. Just wondering what you decided on the strength of patch to use? Maybe if you're using the 14 you should switch to the 21 to help a bit more? Although i know i used 21 and was still a bear anyways. Hope you're feeling better tomorrow My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 158 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,450 Amount Saved: $619.36 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 6 Mins: 6 Seconds: 54
