Now that I have been going to the gym for a few months, my wife and I signed up for an aerobics/muscle toning class. Along with that they suggested a book called "Eating for Life". From talking with other people in the class, it's a hard book to find. It is not a diet book, but a healthy eating book with something like 150 recipes.
If anyone else has had the book, I would like to get your opinion on it.
Once I get it and read it and try some recipes, I will let you know what I think.

If I'm not mistaken, it sounds like a book that was written by the same couple who wrote "Fit For Life". Interesting premise. I tried it for awhile w/some success. They have had passionate followers. I must say some of their theories were a bit strange to me. But it certainly promotes healthier eating.

Exercise is a great way to get in shape and keep busy! Eating is a big part of balanced daily intake. Using low calorie foods with veggies and fruits can help.
Always check with your doctor to come up with a plan that is right for your body :)
