We need to focus focus focus....on everything that goes from the fridge, to our hand and into our mouths. I think that's step one.
Step two....eat way more fruits and veggies (everyone go shopping and fill their cart with fresh food)....
step 3...hire a personal trainer named Brad Pitt..... woohoo!!!!
