A story of 4 smokers

18 years ago 0 3368 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
What matters most is that you are not smoking. Easy, Medium or Difficult, it makes no difference since everyone and every quit is different. Just make sure that whatever road you travel, you share that journey as it will most defiantly help someone out. The quit is made easier by the ones laying their maps before us. It helps to know that we aren't alone in this journey no matter how easy or difficult our quit is. Congrats to you on 50 days nmc ... awesome accomplishment! nmc-Thai curry worked and still works for me. Something about spicey food. Kudos on the awesome quit you have going! :)

Congrats no more cig!! I wish I would have tried adding chili paste to my meals. As for eating peppers I just saw on the news the other day that the ingredient that makes the peppers hot, Capsaicin, may actually be good for you. Capsaicin is a naturally occurring chemical found primarily in the peppers' whitish "ribs" that run down the middle and along the sides of the pod. My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/15/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 428 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,718 Amount Saved: $1498 Life Gained: Days: 52 Hrs: 20 Mins: 33 Seconds: 26

Thanks - I agree with Free and it's a view that I have always held and purported here. If it's tough - tough! If it's easy - great! Whichever one it is, just don't smoke! Good Luck!!
