Agoraphobia/Panic Attacks

21 years ago 0 4 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi, I've been suffering from panic attacks for the last year or so and a degree of agoraphobia (although it hasn't stopped me actually doing things - I just dread them in advance!). My main fear when I'm away from what I consider a 'safe place' is that I'll need to wee and not being able to find/get to a toilet. Does anyone else have any experience of this? I've not read anywhere about the need to urinate being a symptom of panic attacks, but I guess it is a reaction to fear. I dread going anywhere new or where I can't get to a toilet. Any tips from people with the same experience would be welcome! Thanks, Helen
