I got the grape freezing thing from our local stop smoking programme (Called QuitFit - runs in the leisure centre) - my family thinks they're fantastic and it's top of the shopping list every time. Glad it helps somebody else too. :) s My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 518 Amount Saved: 84 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 11 Mins: 30 Seconds: 58

I heard someone else on SSC talk about freezing grapes. I got to try that! Glad to hear your quit is going well. Keep up the good work!

Someone suggested to freeze grapes and use those when you have a crave or feel you want something to eat. They are awsome!! The week-end is going well. I have had some major craves, but got though them. Those darn head games. My husband and I went for a long walk this morning and that was nice. I try for at least 3 miles a day. It really makes a difference in one's additude. Of course if someone see me, they may think I am crazy, because I have wonderful conversations with myself - lol. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful reads today. That sounds great, I may try that just for fun. YOu are doing awesome with your quit. Keep taking it 1 day at a time and those days will add up faster than you can imagine. Its not easy but its worth it!!!
