Lady..... I don't think I have an answer for you...I'm sorry. You have, indeed, progressed in leaps and bounds.....absolutely no doubt about that. But, as you still seem on shaky ground, perhaps now is the right time to seek some further counselling....... Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you...... :) Stay strong! I tend to agree with Sillyme. This has gone on so long now that I'm not sure that anyone here can help you any more and that professional help from your doctor may be the only course of action left open to you to overcome what seems to me to be a depression which was previously masked by smoking. Good Luck Penitent d847

Lady, You have received some great advice! I think Riverdale Man wants my job! We know that smoking has a habit of masking things and they become noticeable when you quit. Take the time to look at our sister site and take the Depression Test. You can take a copy to your doctor to better assess the situation. Is this something that occurs regularly or once in awhile? Please take the time to discuss it with your doctor and come up with a plan that is right for you. Please know that we are always here and we do not judge :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
