Do you have to physically be around someone or could talking to someone online be helpful to you?

Hello! I'm new to this forum, and have a question. I have had PA's for about 3 years now, and have progressed somewhat but have hit a wall. I have become somewhat of my old, former self, but I still have problems being alone in certain situations. I can work at my job sometimes alone, but sometimes I get anxious by myself. At home, I can be alone for limited amounts of time. Any longer than about an hour or so and I start to get anxious and it progressively gets worse until someone comes home or I leave and get to what I consider a "safe place" or get in contact with my "safe person", which is by beautiful and much-understanding wife Marcy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :confuse:
