Pink hi, all of it, is normal, you're done with hell week ,heck week, you're now in blah week, now look back to the first week, it's better I'm sure, the key is patience. Have you tried writing down your reasons for quitting and carrying them with you, when you feel the need take out the paper and read it. You are learning to deal with emotions without the mask of addiction, it takes time and practice. Some very wise person here once said and it sunk in with me: nothing worthwhile is easy, you just have to want it.
Hope you feel better soon :)Marie
