Hi Jan,
You are doing a wonderful job! Distractions always help. Here where I live, we have a brand new outside mall - that is smoke-free. The only smell of smoke is in the parking lot. It is so nice to walk around inside and out, and not breath in yucky second-hand smoke!!!
I personally did not get that crave. I kept waiting for it in the back of my mind, but it never came. I have had some thoughts, but they really do go away. As long as I have something else to do.
Keep up the good work!!
