Great post !! LMAO...My daughter has the same problem. She really makes big stinks...lol. We just laugh about it sometimes, only when I sit next to her in her car......then there's no laughing for me....I cannot run away from it then.....LMAO. See below how it goes.....lol My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 136 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,406 Amount Saved: 401.2 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 17 Mins: 49 Seconds: 53

ROFL!!! You just have to let it pass (yes, pun intended). It calms down after awhile. I'd say my gas started chilling out after about 75 days. Bgaineshunter, You can help get your intestines moving with physical activity. Avoiding foods that naturally produce more gas is also a good idea. Ex: beans, eggs, spicy foods, carbonated drinks, chewing gum. You can also consult your doctor, pharmacist or naturopath for other alternatives to this problem. This whole post is too funny! Just my 2 cents, I tried quitting with those lozenges/ That was a very gassy experience. If you are using that as your NRT, replace it with the patch- much less gas- I am telling you. You can go on the net and find a list of foods to avoid. Some of this due to quitting, will not be avoided, unfortunately it's part of the quit for some reason. Our body has to kick up a fuss !!! Notice I didn't say, make a big stink! Seriously, walking will help, lots of water and watch what you eat.
