Hey there, Just blowing my own trumpet. I am working on the final day of my 6th week of being a non smoker. It was difficult at first, I had mood swings, bad cravings and other symptoms but I have gradually replaced the ciggies with other things to keep my occupied. I clean the house, I walk the dog and I drink so much water I am floating in it... LOL To all those who have just quit or are thinking of doing it go ahead, it's not as bad as you think it will be. I no longer think about ciggies, not even when I am out with friends... You just have to programme your mind the right way... The guys here have been a great support and I recommend them 100%... So YAY me... another 8 days and I will be on that cruise ship... Krissie Non Smoker for 1M 1W 3D 17h 2m (41 days). Saving 184.76 by not smoking 834 ciggies, adding 2D 21h 30m to my life span

You should be proud, girl! Feels good, doesn't it? I've been tooting my own horn to my hubby a lot, he's sick of hearing it. Great job Krissie! Wow. You've also added over 2 days to your life. I'm certain those two days are better spent now that you are not smoking. Way to go!
