Went to the Dr today, checked me over, blood pressure, throat, lung capacity etc etc. Apart from a chronic sinusitis (yes thanks to smoking) i got a clean bill of health. Getting doc to check cholestrol, will find out how that goes when the results come back in.
When he asked if im still smoking i said NO, i saw the flicker in his eye as im sure he expected me to say yea yea yea i know i know.
I was so proud to say those words.... no, i quit smoking. :) Lol he even said to me before he asked... you seem different today.
I feel great :) Yea am still getting the heart pulpitations but it passes and i know tomorrow will be a better day than today :)
