Ever have to remind yourself of that? The last few days that has happened to me. Doing things that use to be automatic to get a smoke. I would start out to get them and then remember, oh i no longer smoke. I kinda giggle and move on. It is a good feeling though. I just want to keep remembering how good it feels. I seem to be having many more craving lately then i did in the beginning. I always have done things backwards.
