Well i am early in my quit, although my hubby is supportive. We were at his mom's house. I was stuffing my face, He came in looked at me, and said, those are your strechy jeans right. Not smoking, but baking. Ahhh nothing like the smell of baking cupcakes. If everything did not taste and smell so good, maybe I would not have ate 6 cupcakes. lol Hey its beter than smoking. Also better than kid eaten all bouncing off walls. :blush: Grace

Josie I drink 4 bottles of water a day (8 glasses) I can hear the water when I walk. I don't eat more, I'm not exercising enough though. I am gaining a little bit of weight, now wait a minute not that much. LOl!!!!!!!!! Maybe we should get bumper stickers that say P2 - you know - Plump and Proud!! I was talking to my neighbour the other day and she told me that at the hospital she works at she ran into an old friend - this woman looked at my neighbour and said "what happened to you - you used to be pretty" (can you imagine)??!!! There are two kinds of people - those that just blurt out what ever comes into their mind, and those of us who take pause and actually think before we speak.
