Hello everyone. I can say that I have missed being around here so much...and it sure does feel good to be back. I feel like I am missing part of my family when I am unable to get on every 2 hours. I have been super busy with work the past few days and on top of that my internet was down....uggggg. Oh, well I am still here and I am feeling great. I just want to say that today for my "almost 3 weeks" reward I treated my self to an hour massage. I had been looking forward to it all week and now I feel great!!! I just want to thank everyone for thier support. I feel better than I did when I was in HS. I am back in my workout routine and I have decided that I want to start training for a half marathon. YIPPEE...sooooo exciting. I can't even wait to see my meter hit 30 days....what a celebration it will be!!! I might even get myself an ice cream cake for that :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 413 Amount Saved: $110 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 12 Mins: 1 Seconds: 22
