Feel better? Yes, you have every right to be frustrated but smoking won't make those problems go away.
Take five minutes for yourself. You did it when you were a smoker, why not now? Focus on breathing and think of something that makes you happy. Once you've calmed down, deal with the problem at hand. Don't forget to reward yourself for doing all this smoke free.
