Hello. :) I, too, am in a constant state of tension and worry. My physical symptoms of panic (rapid heartbeat, blurred vision, muscle shakiness, shallow breathing,etc...) have all increased in the last few weeks. I am not sure why, although, I was put on Prozac a month ago and I feel worse. I am wondering, has anyone else felt WORSE after taking meds that are supposed to help? Ultimately, I would love to control my anxiety with natural techniques.... I'm working on that right now. Good luck to you, Belle

I am happy to here from you. Because I know that it is more effiecent to here from peolpe that feel like you than taking a medicine. You feel like you are not the only one. And you think that these thoughts are maybe normal. :)I once went to doctor for this problem he gave me some medicines. I took them for two weeks but they don't help me too much. I think relaxation is more important than this. So, I think we must be in contact of eachother to see how it is going on. Thank you so much!

Hi Canel! I can totally relate to you! Im scared of so many things! Driving, getting sick, dying, husband dying, etc. I have major anxiety and depression at times. I feel bored with my life too, and sometimes feel like I can't handle it. I should be on meds, but fear they will prevent me from getting pregnant- which is what I want more then anything! So what Im trying to say is, Im here with you!!! I know MANY people who have the same thoughts as I do. I would suggest talking to your Dr. They may prescribe you something that can really help. Or maybe even talking to a counselor or something may help. HTH! :)

Hi I am Canel, My problem is fear. I felt this for two years and I don't know what to do. I sometimes keep myself from these thoughts but sometimes I could't.I feel that I have fear for everything, I feel anxiety and I feel like I am bored and don't have pleasure from things and life as I used to.I generally worry about my health. In Last two years I have learned that my grandmother and one of my friend caught to cancer and these fears increase after I learned them. I want to know if these things that I felt is normal or not and is there anyone who feels the same way too.
