Try increasing the amount of water you drink every day, and have a bowl of 100% bran cereal each morning. The movement of your body when exercising typically triggers the gut to undulate more, thus increasing the "urge" to go. Also, you could eat several servings of green leafy vegetables and fruit daily. This could include prunes or prune juice.
