Tomorrow will be my 21st day

Tomorrow will be my 21st day of my quit.....and outside of a few cravings here and there, I am pretty much over about 99% of all of this. The only thing that has gotten me worried is my increased appetite, basically very very hungry as of late.....weird. But I want to start an exercise routine and I was wondering if anyone has some links to sites that provide a basic foothold in what types of exercises I need to do etc. My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 409 Amount Saved: $90 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 1 Mins: 5 Seconds: 17

Hi Jdtigg! I am so happy to hear you are doing so well! Cravings for smokes and hunger cravings can feel very much the same from what I've read. Besides water helping you to detox ... it helps to give you that full feeling. If you are tired of drinking water there are a lot of of no/low cal drinks out there. Congrats on your 3 weeks!
It doesn't matter how many say it cannot be done or how many people have tried it before; it's important to realize that whatever you're doing, it's YOUR first attempt at it.
... and it is in YOUR power to make it your last attempt and to make it STICK! I'm so super happy for you! Keep the Quit!! on 21 days Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... wow, jdtigg, 3 weeks and you are 99% over the negative effects of quitting. That is so wonderful, AND, so rare. I hope that you realize how lucky you are. Go to the weight loss thread and read. I bet you get some ideas on that thread. The easiest thing to do is take brisk walks..start with a mile and then just walk and walk.
