very good advice here. I love the natural way to healing. But often "natural" is assumed to be gentle and have no side effects or contra-indications. This could not be farther from the truth. Natural can be great - but they are potent substances too! Thanks - great info to know. The Mayo Clinic has a site that gives information about herbal interactions with medicine, and they also recommend that you speak with your doctor. If you Google herbal interaction with medication, many helpful sites will be listed. Not cravin', never cavin'. Lamby, I think this is a really important post. I cannot take melatonin because of some strong immunosuppressant drugs that I have to take. There is a lot of information out there on the web. But sometimes we think that if it's on the web it must be true. A lot of times those things are out there to line someone's pockets. Good advice -- check with your doctor. And no smoking!
