Wowwwwwwww...What a milestone. I am so happy about being smoke free for 30 days!!!!. We had a huge birthday celebration for several relatives and friends who all had birthdays in the last 2 weeks and there were many temptations around me this weekend and its very hard to remain in charge but I'm doing ok. I have put way too much effort to stop now. I do miss the solializing with the other smokers but feel better that I'm not going in and out of the house all day to light up. I stay with the non-smokers and keep myself busy. I keep saying NOPE which keeps me safe. I still have the desire to light up but I'm able to refrain. I like the freedom of not being hooked much better than that ole demon. I will be back later on to update. on 30 days - awesome Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
