Yes. This question has been raised many times and yes, it seems that quitting does tend to change our bodies' monthly cycles. Some experience worse symptoms and heavier flow, while others (like me) had more days in between cycles and lighter flow. It just depends on the person. But with all of the stress that quitting puts on our bodies initially, it's no wonder our bodies get confused and may be late with our cycles.

I'll just start with - My tubes are tied!
My monthly cycle is also quite late. Anyone else experience a change in their cycle when they quit? Is this because of the stress on the body or what?

MistyMoon,
Yes, as Butterfly Swimmer suggested, changes in your cycle may occur. If you are concerned, please consult your MD.

I have changes to my cycle and severe PMS symptoms, much worse since I quit. I have seem my doc and they put me on hormone patches, it helped with the mind numbing headaches and dragon lady syndrome.
