I'm not quite sure either, I have been told by my doctor that doing weights rather than cardio exercise is more beneficial for anxiety and depression.
I have noticed however that after a intense training session of weights I am a little more fragile that I would be having done a light session, as in after a light session of weights I am fine for hours afterwards but after an intense session, a few hours later I start to feel more sensitive and feel more anxious due to my fatigue...?
Is the sodium lactate there when your muscles feel really sore afterwards or the day after training? You know when if somebody poaks you, its like ouch!!! don't do that! type thing?!? It would be interesting to find out!?
