Does anyone take any or know which ones would help?? I am on day 4. I take a multi vitamin but just curios if anyone takes something specific that helps???
I started taking a chewable multivatimin when I quit. I think they also help to balance you and flush some of those 4000+ chemicals out.

I take 5-htp and vitamin b-6 to help curb the blues. My doctor recommended these as a natural alternatives to something like zyban/wellbutrin. Another alternative along this vein is St JOhn's wort.

I take a vitamin supplement called "Levity." It claims to be a mood elevating formula - [vitamins D,B-1,B-2,B-6,Folic Acid, & Selenium]. I don't know if it helps, but I suppose it doesn't hurt. Hang in there, you can do it.
