MMMMM Fiddlehead ferns and all sorts of berries like saskatoons, there is nothing like pacific salmon on the grill (sorry Atlantic Canada) arctic char and a whole assortment of fantastic fish. (sorry fish). So yes there are many very distinct and only Canadian fantastic things to eat!!!!! Happy Canada Day! No smoking on that grill only the salmon!
