Cruickie, Congratulations on your 3 days! Just know that there is NO MAGIC that will make the decision to stay smoke free when craves strike, only some assistance in one form or another. The rest is your decision to be smoke free no matter what. Keep close to this site, it's THE BOMB; there's more info and support here than you can imagine. Post a lot and read everything you can. It will help you strengthen your determination to STAY QUIT. Keep up the great work! Congratulations on day 3....I've heard that others have had success with Chantix but I've heard the same about wellbutrin, patches, losenges and cold turkey. (I've also heard about people who have had difficulty with these methods) Whatever works for you....do it! For me, the support from this room makes a major difference. Keep up the good quit! Cruickie, There is a new stop smoking aid out called Chantix. If you'd like to know more, ask your doctor. Congrats on three days! Reward yourself generously! Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team
