Tanks and Whisper. Those things will happen. It's important to remain aware, to document them in the diary, and to examine. Are you doing the Panic Program and setting goals? there is no overnight miracle, but there can be a lot of improvement. -- Anne-Marie, Site Administrator

Hi Tank. Wednesday was the same for me. I have had some panic attacks but nothing like Wednesday's in a long long time. It has really shaken what little confidence I had built. Feel like I am back at ground zero here. Know I need to pick myself up and try again but am having a difficult time doing so. From what I have been told, they are unpredictable like that. The only advice I can give from my own place right now is to hang in there.

I've been panic attack free for 3 or 4 months now. Until Wednesday Oct.23, 2002, when I had 2 major attacks. What I want to know is "Why are the panic attacks coming back?"
