I remember reading the Allen Carr book, he recomended going to the pub, and watching people that smoke - watch them smoke one after the other, watch them get the filthy things down their neck... ugh
You know for me, that really helped. As it shows that you are stronger than the cigarette, that your quit is more important.
Weekend coming up, so be on your guard, dont let yesterdays success, put down your guard so much that you end up smoking.
