I guess I am not alone with this feeling. I sure hope that I figure out why this happens or atleast how to change this. It is such a weird feeling.

Morning All, Yes, I get that, too, or maybe it's slightly different. To me it's quite unrelated to anxiety, although it is scary in itself. I normally get it when I'm walking or cycling, just minding my own business and lost in some thought. Then suddenly I get this feeling of unreality, like I've just been plonked into someone else's life, you know, like the guy in Quantum Jump trying to figure out where he's landed. I know where I am and what I'm doing, but it feels like it's got nothing to do with me at all. Luckily it tends to go away by itself after a few minutes, although it feels like it's going to last forever. Weird.

It happens to me all the time! Its an absolutely HORRIBLE feeling, isn't it? At least when you're panicking you're feeling SOMETHING rather than sitting there feeling like you don't exist, or you're in a dream or something! Its so bizarre....I'd be very interested to learn what this is too!

I went back to work today and all in all it was a success. However, my team leader took me out for coffee and as we were talking I noticed that I began to feel like I was in a daze (unreality) I always tell my self to come back and focus. I am not sure if this is part of the anxiety or a combination of meds and anxiety. Has anyone else feel this? And if so what do you do to refocus? Thanks, Michelle ;p
