Acne During The Healing Process???

18 years ago 0 2830 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Yep. Completely normal!!! I too had the same thing happen. I read everyone talking about how smooth and clear their skin was... and mine looked like a pepporoni pizza had exploded on my face! I felt jipped! Everyone ELSE got to have nice skin... how come I had these craters all over my face?!?! But eventually, it evened itself out and now, my skin is healthy and clear most of the time, although I do still get the occasional pimple... but I've always had acne problems my whole life... I had them completely under control before quitting, and then after quitting had a problem, but now, it's better. It's just a part of the process. I used Clinique makeup and cleansers to help me but I'm sure there's a plethera of other products that are just as effective. Hope yours clears up soon. Crave the Quit! Hi all, I've been wondering about the sudden explosion of rock formations on my face as of late. It started about 1-2weeks ago. At first I hadn't noticed, because I've been so busy that I've not had time to think of cigs or anything, but I dont think about them but every once in a while anyway! A few weeks ago I had the raw-tongue thing going on and was told by someone here, that it's apart of healing. I thought 'cool' and after 6 days, it was completely gone. Now I've been dealing with craters and a plethora a mini-bumps/acne across my forehead, nose, and cheeks. Family members have suggested that it's the toxins from smoking that are leaving my body. Help on clarification please someone!!! Thx, Leolibra N.O.P.E. kickin nic's butt!! This is happening to me too. I always had one or two pimples weekly but it got out of control when I quit. Im trying neostrata products - hopefully it helps. Would be open to suggestions...
