Take some time to build up your tookbox of coping skills - as tough and tougher times are going to come up. This Quit journey is tough, you have to be prepared, and to have a plan for the worst days...
There are different opinions about resetting your meter. When you smoke you are definitely not Quit, so I say reset it so you are honest with yourself. Read about this here (do a search for resetting the meter) as many have said, from experience, that not being honest w/yourself (not resetting it when you lose a Quit) can very likely make it easier next time to have a 'slip'... You have not been Quit for 13 days if you smoked, right?
Time to get serious about your Quit...
