He all, Haven't posted in quite a while, but still going strong. One year today. It's my birthday........and I'm not looking back. I also joined OA in the beginning of June and have lost 29 pounds as of today. Doing great......and am very thankful for this site. You guys are the reason I made it this time. I REALLY believe that.
