I think mine is at like 600 or something im not sure! Thats very true N2k, i was in a conference a few weeks ago about this very subject and we were discussing the regeneration of cilia. I remember i used to empty an old baby formula tin once a month FULL of sickarette butts, now i walk passed it everyday cursing my friend for not emptying it!! haha I hope the cigarette companies go bankrupt. It angers me that still to this day even after all the compelling evidence that governments allow them to stay in buisness. Grrr they make me so ANGRY lol PrincessC :) x My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 32 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 641 Amount Saved: $326.4 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 13 Mins: 56 Seconds: 15

You know I just realised I have almost 900 cigarettes not smoked, this is mind boggling, oh my g..I can't believe I would have smoked so many cigarettes, when you look at it that way, it really is discusting. And now doing the math add multiply etc 175,200 smoked probably more, in my lifetime, I'm lucky to be healthy alive and kicking I tell you I just can't assimilate it it's too much, so for anybody who is thinking of smoking right now do the math, don't even think about the money just what we have put into our bodies. God loves us for sure, cause we're still here. That's a lot of poison marie. On the upside it goes to show that our bodies are remarkable machines. Most ex-smokers are very lucky because our lungs are resilient and can heal themselves after years of abuse. BUT WE MUST REMAIN SMOKE FREE. Quitting and then relapsing is not good. Peter Jennings (deceased news anchor) is a victom of relapse. He said he took up smoking again because of the stress of 9/11. I say, THERE IS NO GOOD REASON TO START SMOKING AGAIN. All the best, N2k My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/20/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 357 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,855 Amount Saved: $1785 Life Gained: Days: 33 Hrs: 21 Mins: 18 Seconds: 39
