Its been 11 days now and i find i am not loosing my breath as much or as often as i did before. I find going up stairs would make me loose my breath fast (espically out side) but not as much any more. Does any one know if that goes away completly or not sure. The breathing gets much better. Your lungs are healing. It takes a while. Chances are you smoked for many years and the affects of that are not going to disappear over night. Just know that you are healing and be patient. Congratulations!
