Mr. Ed, Aren't you glad you don't have to live your life that way anymore? You should add a post with a timeline of what your life is like now? Thanks for sharing. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

Step A x hrs:00mins Light up - that's better! As I inhale the first few times I feel the drug getting to my brain. Wonderful! (add Cost of Cig Pack / 20 to running total titled: 'Money Wasted') x hrs:03mins Have smoked half the cigarette. Had enough I guess, but hey, these things are expensive, must smoke the rest x hrs:06mins Put cigarette out and think I should do something other than smoking x hrs:15mins No recollection of having smoked last cigarette x hrs:15mins-40mins Behaviour as for a non-smoker. Just living as normal. x hrs:40mins I am starting to get stressed because I haven't had one for ages! There are things I need to do but they will have to wait xhrs:50-55mins Look, I really need one now. Sorry I need to find a place where I can smoke.... If the time is less than midnight, go back to Step A above. Otherwise, go to bed and start at Step A in morning. Repeat each day for the rest of your life. (You may find that the 'rest of your life' is a shorter period than you previously thought) ... so next time you see somebody light up in the street, outside work, in a bar etc... That is the life of an addict. All the excuses to smoke. All those years wasted away when I could have been living life. Great post Mr. Ed. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 454 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,095 Amount Saved: $1589 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 1 Mins: 52 Seconds: 1
