The best possible way to find out what your friend is experiencing is to ask them. Depending on your friends approach towards his or her panic attacks, a friend or loved one can really help on creating a positive reaction to this type of life changing experience. Regarding the medications you will find that we have a medication glossary on the left of this screen. If you need more information you can always visit your local pharmacy, a medical clinic or your doctor's office. I hope all is well with your friend!
