is going ok concerning i don't want to touch this thing.. I can add my "difficult" days to headache,a little dizziness,a little soar throat.... Hi Kate, The dizziness should go away soon. You are getting alot more oxygen to your brain now. When you smoked you were gettting poisonous carbon monoxide.It is a sign that your body is recovering from smoking. You are doing great, be proud of yourself!
