Hi Guys,
Well it does look like everyone has had positive outcomes this week. I am looking forward to getting to know you all a lot better over the next couple of weeks. Stay positive, and be sure to keep posting!
Take Care,
Melanie
Looks like things are working out for us all this week. Debra I now how you feel! It is tough to recognise that I had a disorder and not feel ashamed of myself. I am so happy that I have found this support group. I am sure that I would not be this positve without all this support. Have a great weekend and I hopr to talk to you all soon.

Good girl, Debra,
I am so please that this is working out well for you. This disorder is nothing to be ashamed of, and I can understand you not wanting your boss to know..it's really none of his business. If he doesn't recognize the symptoms in you, then he doesn't know about Panic Disorders. So now he won't find out.
You can file the bills later.
Whooooooooooopeeeeee. Great!
keep us informed. we are here for you.

Oh I know I'm a big chicken about making that step to get help through psychiatry.
I took the test again, this time more carefully, and brought the printed results to my family doctor. He brought me into his office and checked it out then and there online. He said he was rather impressed with it.
As a result, he called the psychiatrist and booked my first appointment. Without realizing it, he made it for my maiden name, cause that's how he knows me anyway, which works out well all around. So my boss won't find out if I don't put it through my insurance.
