Ed, Ignore my previous quote. As for aligning text, be aware of tab delimiters vs. spaces. Also, take into account the font differences between your report and the font used to post your HTML formatted messages. Of course this should be taken with the biggest grain of salt since I apparently couldn't respond to your message without screwing up ... Thanks Cybrduke, I'm actually using an Oracle database - I calculate the no of days, weeks etc and I'm OK with that and I can save as a text file, HTML or spreadsheet. Hey Mr Ed - How are you storing this stuff and doing the calcs? I can throw together a spreadsheet for you that will do all the calc work for you - you simply enter the name and start date for a person and it'll do the rest.
