Mirbah, Thanks for checking in! Glad to hear all is well and that your still smoke free. Why not consult a dietician, your family physician would be able to refer you to one in your area. Keep up the great quit. Danielle __________________________ The SSC Support Team

I don't come here very often but to not come in and say I am making it, would be wrong. I am eternally grateful for everyone who gave good advice and cheered me on. I waited a year and tackled the weight problem. I was fat to begin with but quitting made it worse and harder to loose. I could not figure out where to get comfort from. I am on my way down. I will make the new goal to. Amazing the things I learned while I was quitting. Thanks everyone. ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/13/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 538 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 16,156 Amount Saved: $2824.5 Life Gained: Days: 75 Hrs: 22 Mins: 4 Seconds: 29
