THANK YOU! For some reason my posts are going into cyberspace, so I wont write another long one which will get lost. I was chuffed yesterday, as even if i have to go to coloscopy and have treatment, it isnt full on cancer, not from that anyway. Thank you all. I am so grateful for this site, for the first time, I can see me continuing with my quit for good this time. You are all a very good example to me. I went to my doctors today and he said that the report was that it was Cin 1 + 2 only. SO that is great. I might have to have some surgery but it shouldnt be too invasive. In that sense it is nowhere near as bad as i thought it was. I am keeping this at the front of my mind, and it is now my No1 reason for not smoking. I am 1 week nicotine free today. I dont ever want to go back. Please remind me of not being able to breath, and how i put my health secondary to smoking if i ever go on about wanting to smoke. nik, This is good news and congrats on your one week. If you do have surgery, your recovery can progress faster, because you quit smoking. This is great! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
