Thank you to all those who started their journey after me and who remind me every day what an important thing we are doing for ourselves, each other and the world. My reward is a new found strength, new found confidence, a calmer mind, happier days and more restful nights, better skin, fatter purse and new friends. To anyone starting the journey: it DOES get easier and it IS worth it - every step. (Even Hell week is an invaluable experience 'cause I'm damn sure I don't want to do that again!)
