Since I quit this time, I havent had the cravings like I have in the past. I know they will come, but I'm ready for them. I know what smoking has done to my life, and how much chaos it has created, and have to keep that in the forefront of my mind. Believe me, with the homelife the way it is right now, it's very easy to remember how much I have hurt I have created with the lying and deception about my smoking.
I have a support group, and they, along with this site, have been very helpful in keeping me in the day. I can't project into the future, and can't change the past, so I need to stay in today.
2 weeks without a smoke is a huge accomplishment for me.
