Hello Sillyme, Those 21 days look beautiful on You, Keep it up, for it gets better and better, Just Grit those Teeth, And get that Eye of the Tiger, and don't look back, And reward Yourself ever 3 or 4 days, You don't have to wait a whole week, I didn't, even if its only eating breakfast out or dinner, thats a reward, at least it was for me, Just don't lose that Positive Attitude, and stay on that wagon, Take care, Smokeless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1272 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 38,186 Amount Saved: $5444.16 Life Gained: Days: 300 Hrs: 20 Mins: 51 Seconds: 26

Hi Sillyme, 3 weeks is just simply brilliant. You've got through the really 'rough' part by getting all that nasty old nicotine out of your system (plus all the other cr*p they put into ciggies these days), which I'm SURE you wouldn't want to do again ?????lol Now a different part of the "journey" begins. It's not harder.....just different! The ups and downs will get fewer over time.....but it will take a while. So.....keep up the good work and remember, whatever happens, however tough it gets......just don't smoke!! You're doing a great job - well done :) Rachel Two years, six months, five days, 19 hours, 57 minutes and 34 seconds. 18356 cigarettes not smoked, saving 4,130.05. Life saved: 9 weeks, 17 hours, 40 minutes.
