I am just feeling cranky today.I am kinda craving but not really its in the back of mind but I just keep saying Go Away!. I don't know. I have to work at my 2nd job tonight maybe thats it. I am also just getting over a cold, and I am tired. Maybe time for a reward. Can I reward myself at 75 or so days? I think I can. Maybe tomorrow night since I am not working 2nd job I will cook my favoite dinner and then have a nice hot relaxing bubble bath with my vanilla scented bubbles. That sounds like an awesome reward then top off the night with my favorite show House. Lets hope I can last about 5 more hours and just keep nicodemon off my back. Thanks for listening to me vents guys! Valic, Reward yourself any time you want to. Every day quit is a huge milestone! 75 days is AWESOME! A lot of quitters go through ups and downs. Ride it out. As time progresses, it gets so much better. Congratulations and enjoy that reward! Valic, Your 75 days look great and you can celebrate whenever you want! Take some you time as you suggested and ease yourself into sleep. Start fresh tomorrow and see that you have 76 days down and you are closer than ever to 100! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team
