Pamper yourself today, you deserve it. I know its hard but in the end it will be worth it. We are all here for you. Doesn't seem to be much about taking naps. Those naps have saved me more than I can count. After exercising, working in the yard, what did I do for 30 years? I lit one up! Naps are grossly underrated! Sweet Dreams! Ron.... some days are just better than others. I remember day 14 being the absolute worse day of my entire quit. I don't know what it was but it was awful. Just know that if you hang on tight you will make it through. Drink a lot of water, and take deep breathes. Kick, scream, punch a pillow, cry, go for a walk, take a nap... whatever it takes... just don't smoke. And if none of those things work, you still don't smoke. N.O.P.E. You can make it. Quitting sucks and you are going through a lot right now. Just hang. The ride gets a little rough at times but it will be over soon. Ronko, Good job! Just remember... after today, you will be one day closer to never feeling like this again! Just remember that! Hang on and don't give up! Take a walk if you can. Chew some gum, chew on ice, chew on a straw, play with silly putty, licorice was my favorite... the twizzler pull and peels have the same resistance as a drag of a cigarette and that always calmed me down. Keep going and don't ever give up! You're doing great! Congratulations on 12 days! Crave the Quit! Hi Ronko You can do this!!! Take some deep breaths for one whole minute. You have gone 12 days. That's fantastic. You are not going to let this Nicodemon win. Whatever the reason for you difficulties today, Smoking is not going to help....it will just make it worse. You can work your way through this. It is worth it...being FREE. Just one minute at a time. Do something nice for yourself today, even if it means hiding out. He will not win as long as you do not smoke. Do what you have to do to see the glory of what is on the other side. FREEDOM. and remember It's a choice!
