As usual, I have a desire to smoke but that is OK! I am here reading posts and leaving feedback rather than lighting -up.... I do love the moment when I am waking up and realize that I made it another day without smoking and I have a chance to be a winner again today. I Looooove this feeling and self recognition of Victory!!!
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! TAKE A MOMENT AND FEEL THE VICTORY!!!
after all...WE earned it!

Cinda,
That's a great motivator, keep focusing on your accomplishments. Also remember to reward yourself for them!
Keep persevering,
Danielle

Cinda, You're doing great. You said what I said when I was in my first week! I love going to bed a WINNER every night. Gave me the strength and confidence for the next day. Each day on it's own. Don't look too far ahead, and don't look behind you, you've already been there..........

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
